Leadership Development
The work is done in an interaction between short presentations, reflection, exercises and dialogue – at eye level,
with humor and with room for both depth and curiosity. Astrology is presented as a practical and
meaningful tool for insight and development – without the need for prior knowledge.
The workshop can be taken as a course with three modules that develop:

We use volunteer participants' horoscopes as illustrative examples (with respect and consent), so

A Tool for Improved Leadership
Rosita Signe Petersen is the founder of Haumea Consult and owner of Dynamisk Stilhed in Aarhus, where she works as an astrological consultant, body therapist, artist and facilitator with a special focus on personal leadership, responsibility and consciousness practice.
She is educated and trained in, among other things, photography, permaculture, yoga, trauma release, astrology, craniosacral therapy and holistic facial and body therapy – and through many years of experience with clients, has developed a special ability to meet the essence of each individual.
The core of her work is a deep astrological practice, which is used as a concrete tool to understand human dynamics and unleash development potential – especially in relation to leadership, communication and life choices.
Rosita works with people who want to rediscover their inner drive, create balance between outer success and inner integrity, and lead with rooted clarity.
